Bought from them several times for Emergency Vehicles. Nothing but problems......
Shipping is slow, with no tracking.
When problems happen, they are difficult to get a hold of. They don't answer emails. They promised me a call back, in response to my email, by the end of the day. NEVER heard from them.
I called them, AGAIN, after waiting 3 days for a response.
They said they would send a replacement out, and that it would be about a week ...!!!!!
FOR a DOWN EMERGENCY VEHICLE ??????
Their lack of response on the first day, Adds 3 days to their 1 week replacement shipping, and now I have a vehicle out of service, for over 10 Days !!!!
Their response to me when I complained about this ????/
MY agency, (Large County) will NEVER order from them again !
And I WILL make sure that I let every other Agency that I come in contact with, know of their business practices !
